On 7 May, Jean will lead a workshop aimed at using the Boro pieces worked earlier in the year. Jean has proposed bag making in all its forms. Sue is ready and has prepared her pieces .

Exhibition
A group of North West artists and writers present Breakdown Bolton: By a Thread at Home.mcr from Friday 29th April. The exhibition features a series of embroidered photographs, which appear to very interesting. Read more HERE

Exhibition in Didsbury
An exhibition is running at the Parsonage in Didsbury (3 April - 22 April) featuring the work by the Ten Plus Textile group. The items on show include several Boro style pieces and work by Sylvia Wood, a former secretary of our group. See HERE for details

April 2022 Meeting
The workshop in the morning was led by Anne Butler. The subject was combining mosaic making with embroidery/textiles. It was an excellent session, very well prepared by Anne who had put a great deal of thought into the workshop. The video below shows some of the work in early stages. Great fun.
