January Workshop

 The January zoom meeting presented members with a challenge.  Members were asked to use a "warm" colourway and a "cool" and to use a two inch template of any geometric shape.  This was to be randomly dropped onto a square of fabric 6x6 inches.  

For Sue and I, it is obviously a case of  'great minds think alike' as we independently used a small triangle and chose turquoise and orange as our base colours!  Here are the results:-

Exhibition

Lots of people told me to go down to the Parsonage to see the new exhibition.  They were not wrong, the exhibition is excellent.  Here are some of the pieces on display

 

 

2023

The meeting on 7 January is on zoom - codes will be sent later.  There will be a workshop which will consider Warm (orange, red, yellow) colours and Cool (blue purple and green) colours. Time to look out the right coloured threads.  Happy New Year to all.
