Abakhan

The new Abakhan store in Altrincham has been open now for 3 months.  They are running textile workshops so no need to go as far as Liverpool or Mostyn.

Weekend Course

Each year Craft Sanctuary offer four weekend 'retreats' where you can try new techniques and projects. Later this month they are coming to Cranage Hall in Cheshire.  Here is a link to the site craft-sanctuary-october-2017.

October Meeting

We had an excellent talk from Kathleen Laurel Sage - Extrav-organza. Kathleen's work is colourful and translucent.  She showed us some beautiful work and gave us an insight into her techniques. You can see examples in the Photo Gallery and on her web site which is given in the Programme 2017.

Parsonage Launch

The Exhibition is now underway at the Parsonage.  Take a look at some of the excellent work on by viewing the Photo Gallery on the left.

Parsonage Exhibition

Remember that the Parsonage Exhibition starts on Sunday 1 October. There are lots of exciting items on display. There will be cake at the preview on Sunday, 1-3pm, unless it has all been eaten!
